I've got a school project to do, and I need to know if Austrians pollute the environment eccessively, have global warming probs, natural disasters in vienna & salzburg, if they have any big goals for the future, and their major service industries other than tourism.
this is a HUMONGOUS project, and i can't find good information anywhere, so this is my last resort.

The problems are "forest degradation caused by air and soil pollution; soil pollution results from the use of agricultural chemicals; air pollution results from emissions by coal- and oil-fired power stations and industrial plants and from trucks transiting Austria between northern and southern Europe". They have many programs to deal with pollution and global warming, and has recently received an award for their efforts. haha, your question confused me.
in economics there are several schools of thought, and one of them being Austrian School of thought, so i thought you were asking about the this ideology
but ok maybe you should ask the question in another area, usually when thinking about economy economists think about what the money in that country is doing or where that money is going, but buisness wise i really have no idea if the buisness pollute a lot or not
