The doctor said she has a throat, and ear infection and i suppose she's getting a bad cold so that's the reason she keeps throwing up but the doctor did not tell me on what to do if she has constant vomiting

Well, call the doc and say,"Excuse me but when we were there..you forgot to tell us what to do about our baby's constant vomiting".
I wouldn't have left the doc without all the answers I came for.

Is this because of the flu? What I did for my daughter when she had the flu was to give her water and no milk, milk will only make it worse. My daughter wouldn't drink straight water though, so you could maybe try pedialyte or just an ounce of apple juice with a couple ounces of milk. I know that the apple juice can cause diarrhea, or make it worse, but that's why i diluted it so bad. And if your daughter has diarrhea (as mine did)...you can take an immodium ad pill, and break it into 1/8 of a piece and dissolve it in her water, only do that as often as a person would take immodium. As for the puking though, there's no way to really stop it, you just want to keep her hydrated. My doctor tried telling me to give my daughter one teaspoon of water every five minutes...yeah right! I just let her walk around with her tippy all day, let her drink as she wanted. Oh, you can also try gatorade, that won't cause diarrhea but it will keep her hydrated. Good luck. Keep an eye on her temperature, maybe you should give her tylenol. My heart goes out to you, puking at that age is just so heart-breaking!

After your daughter has made it 24 hours with no puking, give her a little milk. But don't give her a lot (because then she could get sick again), and slowly introduce her milk back to her over the next day or two. You can also give her really bland food like crackers if she starts keeping her clear liquids down.

Have you changed formulas lately? She could be having an allergic reaction. Try some PediaCare, but only a little at a time. I know the feeling; you're so afraid of dehydration that you want her to guzzle it all down, but believe me, slow and steady is best, otherwise you'll end up with orange PediaCare stains all over your clothes and an unhappy baby!

Take her back to the doctor. If you're not happy with how your doctor is responding, go to a different pediatrician. Dehydration is a real concern. Write down questions before you take her to the doctor, so you don't forget. Don't leave until you feel comfortable with the care she is receiving. It's your job to protect and take care of your daughter. If you don't do it, who will? Be proactive and get answers. Good Luck!

When my babies were that young I used to take them in to the doctor all the time, for everything. It never hurts. I say go back to the doctor or go to the ER. It will be okay, just go to be on the safe side.

Have you tried changing her formula. Sometimes babies have a bad reaction to different milks. Also give her Pedialyte until her stomach settles and contact her doctor because some babies are lactose and tolerence.

She may be having an allergic reaction to it. Try another formula and see if it helps. If it continues, take her back to the doctor and if you don't get any satisfaction, find another doctor to take her to.

Maybe shes lactose intolerant and you should try soy milk or a lactose free milk. But ask your doctor first. or maybe a new one because yours sounds crappy
