Salt, for two reasons.
Firstly, I could try to melt my way out by converting the snow to water.
If, however, there was too much snow to melt my way out of, I could eat some of the salt to keep my electrolytes balanced. With enough water and salt you could definately survive a month.

I would rather have a pen so I could write a note to my family, being stranded in a car for an entire no one could survive. I would write a note to everyone thanking them and telling them how much I love them one more time.
