No. Dolphins don't look like food and move too fast in the water.

And they are unlikely to meet each other. Dolphins like the deep end of the pool and crock's like the kiddie pool (yes I know you're not talking about pools).

They would most likely avoid each other in the first place.

Is the crocodile just out jogging, or is the dolphin in the way of the finish line at the 300 meter Crocodile Olympic Sprint?

In the former case, unless the croc was particularly hungry, I think he'd just leave the dolphin on the road, but if he trips and loses a place in race, there would definitely be a confrontstion.
