you want to rest man. by muscle fatigue i guess you mean DOMS - delayed onset muscle soreness. Where your muscles are sore the day after an activity.

a better way to decrease this is not what you do before, but what you do after. you need to provide the correct nutrients for your muscles to rebuild. a protein shake after activity would help out. also, getting a full 8 hours of sleep the night after will give your body the time needed to repair your muscles.

The best way to prepare muscles and gain muscle endurance before an activity is to stretch that muscle group. any trainer or coach will tell you to stop in your tracks and stretch before any activity.

Let each stretch exercise last 10-15 seconds before moving onto the next group. Don't rush this important task, it will also prevent injury.
