I want to hear your stories on ovulation predictor kits..?

Have they worked for you? How many months did it take you to conceive?

I tried it as a birth control method, to know the days I was ovulating and stay away from sex those days; but they always looked negative, I even worried that I wasn't even ovulating until a couple of months later when I got pregnant with my son. THEN I knew I was ovulating for sure.

Ovulation kits are great. They can pick up on things like when you dont ovulate which signals you to go to the doctor to get it checked out instead of wasting more time trying to get pregnant when it may be fixable. I chart which I think everyone should do with the ovulation kits, that way you know around when to begin testing. They work great for me, if even just to let me know I did in fact ovulate that month (along with having a ton of sex between those 3 days). Not every women ovulates every month, so it will point that out for you. Also I used the Basal thermometer testing too, and I found no significant difference in my tempature when I ovulated but my charting said I was, and then when I used the ovulation test it said I was so I knew from those 2 methods.

Used one to conceive baby#3, wanted a spring baby. Took 2 months. If you follow directions you should have success.

I have recently tried an ovulation test - but according to them - I didnt ovulate. I have a very regular cycle so not sure if it was working - ask me again next month!!

well with my second child i used it once and bang i was preggo but the 3rd time i tried didnt help much just did it on my own good luck!!!!!!!!
