Man, it sounds like the problem is your boyfriend, not your breasts... what a jerk! He's clearly very insensitive, and deluded into thinking reality should be like a porno movie. No boy should be complaining about your body that much. If you're happy with yourself, don't get a surgery you don't want just to cater to a jerk's fantasies... Especially since 34b is not even that small of a breast size. Also, it's kind of creepy and inappropriate to ask that of a girl that you aren't even married to. Surgery is permanent, and if you don't know that your relationship is permanent, there's another reason not to do it for him.
