I bought some from Bath & Body. It was a roll on in a red tube, & it works great.

You can but skin bleaching cream mostly any where I beleive. I am not so sure but I think that KMart would be the best place to go for that because they have TONS of skin cream.

why would you bleach your skin. Its not good for it

"L'oreal white perfect " products whole line. even foundation and its all designed to lighten/bleach.
