It depends on what are you really asking. If this is a popularity question I'd say probably Rated RKO for what they did to take out DX. If you're asking who has more experience as a tag tean and performs well in the ring it's most likely The Hardys or DX ( being that DX consists of the two most decorated men).

D-era X! team RKO for one would not have a cool call for his or her team. 2-Johnny Nitro-hate to assert it however the guy continues to be green after what 2 years?!! And he sucks. 3-DX team has waaaayyyy greater skills in terms of wrestling on their team. RKO -has 2 or 3 adult males no person provides a crap approximately-the only ones they choose to work out is factor and Randy.

Reason: Shawn Michaels and HHH...apart from the comical antics and stuff...you can't find better workers than them. If they want you to look good...you're gonna look good.
Last Team I'd Pick: Rated RKO
Reason: Orton carries every segment and promo they do...Edge is starting to lose steam since his drop back to the mid card and his loss of Lita...we don't take the time to hate him as much anymore because, well, we just don't care about him anymore.

DX has done more and I honstly like more.
I think Edge is one of the best wrestlers today but he is saddled with Orton right now.
The Hardys were really not that good back in the day they just did high flying stuff, now Matt is a jobber and Jeff is better off on his own

I think the Hardy's are the better tag team. They have the most experience in the division. Sure DX has strength, but they don't have as much agility as the hardys
