I think a little for casual, And more for dress.

A little make up is good, but not too much or it just looks whorish.
Also, you need to be hot to start with, otherwise we won't care how good your make up is.

i would rather have them looking pure,but if they want to wear some,then a little bit wont hurt.

Def make up.. I wouldn't even consider dateing a girl that didnt do make up ...
