Perhaps. It seems somewhat 'trendy' nowadays for a person to say, and flaunt, homosexuality or bisexuality. Taken aside, though, I'd think it's not a matter of whether or not there're more lesbians or gays today than ten years ago, it's how many known lesbians there are today versus a decade ago. Ten years ago it wasn't as easy for a lesbian or gay to come out and be themselves.
We've come a long way from the eighties.

I don't think so. You are obviously uneducated and have no idea how much homosexuality went on in Rome and other roman cities during Jesus time and thereafter. There was a lot of it and homosexuality is nothing new to this country or man kind it has been around for thousands of years, there were just periods of time where it was unacceptable. Read some of Plato's works even he quotes it back then.
Also just so you know military recruitment sales men tactics have nothing to do with presidents it has to do with military recruiters My ex enlisted during Clinton's time in office and was had as well so blaming the other side is pure stupidity, no wonder you don't accept e-mails lol you would be made to feel the idiot you are.

If you're talking sheer numbers, then yes, I'm sure there are simply because there are more people on the planet.
If you mean percentage wise, no I don't think there's any higher a number percent of lesbians, there are just more who've come out of the closet and who aren't afraid to stand up and be counted.

Yes, the worlds population has grown so logic dictates that there are currently more young lesbians living today than a decade ago.

I would say YES because in the schools and where ever it is taught that you should follow what ever leanings you have. So if a kid has a slight crush on a member of same sex they are all upset thinking oh i am gay. When they are not. Its quite normal for kids to find all sorts of people appeal-ling as they grow and develop. They used to out grow it. Now a lot do not. hense more.

Our numbers were rising when they included softball in the Olympics, but now that the Olympics no longer have softball, I am afraid our numbers will be on the wane.

I don't really think so I think it has just become okay in todays sociaty compared to 10 years ago so more woman feel okay about coming out.
