i'm a 22 year old male and i've got a problem...

i've been having sex since i was 15 and its been good, good stamina can usually go for 30 min or more... really hard erections... and it wouldn't take me alot of sexual foreplay to get that way....but now it's different...

i've been with a girl for about 20 months we had the normal good sex that i've been having for since i was younger.. except in the last 12 months i've done a complete 180... i'm rarely interested in sex, my erections aren't as solid as they used to be and my performance has dropped to a predictable and disapointing few minutes... after which i'm never really satisfied

i've also been on and off supplements for working out such as creatine monohydrate, kre alkalyn(bufferd creatine), tribulus , ZMA, protien powders, thermogenic supplements, and for about 3 weeks ephedrine. i've stoppped using everything excpet protien powder for about 7 weeks and nothing has happened

and my testosterone is normal

Protein . . . hmmm . . . I was reading that soy is bad for men beyond a certain amount, so you might want to cut out the powder if it's made from soy. Some supplements and herbs have that effect too, but I don't know about all of them. I would expect that it's mostly a diet thing. Be sure to eat enough of the right foods, and no more than about 15% of your calories from protein. Try not to work out too hard -- you may find yourself with an energy deficit before long. And take your vitamins (standard doses, not 5 times what's recommended; some vitamins compete with each other for absorption)!

Also, some say that being circumcised can be a problem as well in that it dramatically reduces your sensitivity and makes you have to focus hard to reach a disappointing orgasm. So if you're cut, you might want to look into foreskin restoration. Even if you can solve your problem through a better diet, it is still worth looking into. Start here: http://www.norm.org/ It takes dedication, but I suspect that it's worth the effort (I can't tell you from experience, because it's still a work in progress for me -- I'm still figuring out the best way to get started).

Good luck!

if anything the tribulus should have helped - good thinking to stop the natural stuff but if they were the cause your sex drive would have increased by now. I'm wondering if its emotional/mental. Option 1 - Could you be over stressed and too tired? toption 2 - could you be losing attraction to your girlfriend? Do you still think about sex when you're alone? if yes it makes me think option 2 in which case find a way to rekindle your attraction. If you hardly think about sex even when you're away from your gf then it's option 1. :) Oh also, do you masturbate? how often? that will definately effect it.

Exercising and working out increases the sex drive. Possibly getting a massage would too. Paxel (bad drug I had a bad experience with it) made it take 2-3 times as long to ejaculate. Prozac makes it hard to have a sex drive at all for some. Those are some options of do's and don'ts and they are both anti-depressants of sorts. My advice to you is just have sex as often as she'll let you and spank your monkey in private and just mellow out about it as much as you can. It seems to be just a phase, however usually pregnant women are more horny not less, but with her I guess she'll want it more after.

hi try stopping the protein powder as well because it will have an effect on you, take body builders for example, they have very low sex drive and the performance is pretty shitty too.

your libido is suffering, and that's located in the front part of your brain. that's your sex drive, not your testosterone, that's just hormones and it dose have an effect as well. try to masturbate 2hr Pryor to sex or use visual stimulation get your partner to help.

but all the medication you have been taking will take some time to get out of your system if you have been taking them for a long time but don't despair, and don't force things, if you cant get and maintain an erection use other methods of stimulation to satisfy you girl

Jump on board with the best urologist in town. Do not wait. Mine helped me. I don't want to offer suggestions because your problem may be different than mine. If you check out fine ask him who to see next, even if it's a psychologist or psychiatrist. You want to get well again right!

Quit trying to be a superhero, stop taking all the stuff and get back to the basics of life. You are wearing yourself out.
