A friend told me she saw a thing that said ER was on permanent hiatus? Surely after 10 years we would get a finale?

According to www.imdb.com the next new episode comes on February 1st...long time to wait, but what choice do the networks give us these days.
The poster above me doesn't know ER...a new episode aired last week on the 11th...It ended with Curtis Ames (Forrest Whitaker) in Abby and Luka's apartment and he was telling her to "call her husband" and Alex had set his and Sam's apartment on fire...I am anxious to see the outcome...

There is not a new episode tonight, but it will be back on before next season. I do think it is going to be awhile before the next episode. At first it was supposed to go off midseason until next year, but I think they cancelled the show that was suppoed to take its slot this half of the season.

There is a new episode tonight...there was a new episode last week too, where Dr. Pratt got arrested and Kari said goodbye
oops, sorry, the last new episode aired on 1/4/07
And I'm sorry again...tonight is actually a repeat...
