are these all symptoms of pregnancy?

I had unprotected sex a little over 2 weeks ago. My period never comes when I expect it, so I took a pregnancy test on Monday thinking maybe that was supposed to be the day but the test said not pregnant. Since then I've had light bleeding, I guess spotting. I've also felt nauseous very often. I've had cramping in my stomache. So I just want to know if these are actual symptoms and if I should consider another pregnancy test?

You might consider it. Other symptoms might include sore or tender breasts and general fatigue. It doesn't sound like you're pregnant, but the test would give you peace of mind. It's probably just bad cramps.

These sound extra like flu signs than some thing. She will have a bloodless or perhaps allergic reactions. However, nausea, dissatisfied belly, fatigue and aches and pains are related to being pregnant signs as good. There are different being pregnant signs to appear for as good - sore breasts, mild recognizing or a overlooked interval, morning health problem, and many others. Since her interval must be right here in a while you must wait and spot if her interval does come. If it does not then she must absolutely take a dwelling being pregnant scan. First Response is correct and will also be taken approximately three to four days earlier than her interval is due. Otherwise if her signs final longer than every week she must see a physician.

Although these may be signs of pregnancy, they are also side-effects of stress. I am more concerned about the cramping in the stomach, it could be a sign of something more serious. If it continues see a doctor.

Probably too soon to test, wait for your next period and if its more than 5 days late...test again. Or go to doctor for blood test, for immediate results.
