I lost my Mom at ten
I lost my Brother at 38
Seven months later (still 38) I lost my husband

In all three losts, I find myself lost. A part of me died each time. My husband was the hardest. You see, when some one dies, you go throuh seveal chances
My my was sick for two years
My brother died in a acciendent
My husband died suddenly, he was sick, not know

In all three, it was disbelief. As it could happened. Like a rug pulled out from you.

Then the furnel. At my mom's i cry the whole time. They did not let me go to the grave site.

At my brother, my sister, that riase him, took control. We only did flowers. I did not have a say. My brother told me that it was easier them everyone eles. This was very hard. My husband held me and let me cry. He got me througt it.

My husband were the worst. My sister and I planned the furnnel. His parents could not deal with that. I am not sure on how, or remember it, but I got through it. I got and gave his ulagouy. I rember standing there and looking at every one

Then the fun stuff. Learning to live with out the love one. Greif nevers go away, you just lean to live with it. I still miss my mom. When my child was born, I was 36. I miss my mom like she died yesterday. You see, you always remember what you lost.
When my daughter started school, and all the dad's were there, that is when I grief come back. My child is still young, and I have a full life of things he sould be there for.

I do not know if this helps. I am glad you need to ask the question.

Grief is the personalexperience of loss of something or someone the person valued, esteemed, held important, or needed in life, regardless of whether the loss is deemed "important" by anyone else.

I don't want to make your definition, because it should be personal.

But for ideas of what you could is give an example of what could cause grief (the should be descriptive, very). Or you could make up your own definition.

I would say the first idea would be your best bet!
