Janet. Ciara is all right, but Janet is classic, give it some time, and Ciara could do what she does, but not yet.

I really like Janet Jackson Better...
Ciara may be younger and more appealing to my age demographic but I feel like Janet is much more talented...
Don;t get me wrong I really like Ciara but I'm gonna have to go with Janet becuz I believe she has more talent...

Janet is an icon while Ciara is not universally known. You really can't compare the two are they represent different generations.
