my damn computer is being a little *** hole when i try to do something with my ipod, first it desieds to delete all of my damn photos, next it thinks it can get away with deleting all of my ******* music without me doing anything and now it doesn't even know that the damn ipod in hooked up to it, what the **** is going on!

Well, it's probably a glitch.
From the iPod menu, once connected, go to settings, then select Restore. This reverts it to the state it was in when you bought it.
That is, getting rid of all songs.

Did you pick up a virus on it? Run a scan
