I like your question .I wouldn't reccomend buying jeans for your brother though. You might get the wrong size or the wrong style. It depends of what kind of guy he is really. Is he really preppy ?Is he into the rocker look?

Just a suggestion :

.If I were you I wouldn't buy him jeans .I would buy him a cd he likes. Or something else you might know he likes. You could always buy him some concert tickets for his favorite band.Or buy him a cologne set .

But if you really want to know a good jean store Tjmax has really great guy jeans and for an extra bonus you can find some good jeans on sale. Also American Eagle makes really great jeans .

If hes into the rocker look he could go to Hot topic or something. Abercrombie and fitch makes great jeans to. Aeropostale make good jeans to.Jcpenny has really good brands they have lucky jeans and silver jeans which look really good on guys.I wouldn't reccomend buying these those because they range in the $ 300.00 dollar price range.Either that or Hollister.

P.S.
If I were you I would stick with Tjmax or Old Navy they are not expensive and are affordable either that or Aeropostale. My guy friend said The Buckle has really great jeans to. I have a brother and I never buy him clothes because hes very choosy on the type of clothes he wears.Usually I get him concert tickets for his favorite band and he gets so excited.

If you're in the UK you'll have to wait until A & F open their store in London (Saville Row). Otherwise, Ted Baker or Diesel do fabulous jeans in various styles. Extremely trendy and slightly left field compared to the usual Levi's.

Aeropostale, AE, Abercrombie, Hollister, or possibly Old Navy.

Try Abercrombie and Fitch, although they are really expensive. I get my jeans from AE, so try there. If not there, than Hollister. If your willing to spend the money, go for A&F.

Debenhams- go for John Richmond or Jasper Conran....

If you can REALLY afford it, D&G, Armani, Prada- but you're talking about £200+ easily...
