haha.... find someone that has a dwarf hamster pair...... they'll give you as many of the babies as you want........
go to www.craigslist.com and go to the one for your area... i'm sure that there's someone giving them away.

If you are looking for a cheap hamster try craigslist.com, or your local animal shelter (those hamsters usually come with a cage) In my experience all hamsters are around the same price, with dwarf hamsters costing a bit more. I would get a syrian hamster or teddy bear hamster if you are looking for one that would be friendly.

You can most likely get a hamster (depending on your location) for $5-10 for a cheap breed. Beware it may not live for very long though.

Don't get a hamster! Hamsters are nasty. I bought one from a store, and a week later my brother bought one. They were both supposed to be girls. They weren't. They kept having babies. Ate some of their babies. The dad died. But the mom kept having babies. Then I found the mom's head. Then they get out of their cages. Nasty, Nasty, Nasty. Don't get a hamster!

the least expensive hamsters are syrians.
and the reason being i think is because they are also the most popular.they are mostly tame..and friendly..
avoid the russian( wild and vicious i had one)
and chinese( very fragile and look like rats ,cos they have tails)

If you know someone who has baby hamsters, you can probabaly get them for free.
