No. Not even a Bush could get in with a GPA like that, no matter how much money was donated.
At least push the GPA to 2.5 so they can think of reasons to counter your "lower" GPA without explicitly saying it was all about the money you donated.

In a word, no--not with a 1.9 GPA. And unless you get that up to a 2.0 your choices will be very limited.
But--if you are serious aboutdoing better--you can remedy that. If you have enough time left in high school, get your GPA up as high as you can. But unless your a freshman or sophomore, you will have to look at a more modest college career to start with. Your best bet is a local public college. If your grades are not up high enough for that, find a local community college (academic, not vocational) and do a year or two there.
And here's a way for you to go to a top level university--if you are willing to do what it takes. Do those first two years at a local college--but become an acaddemic star. That means a 3.5 college GPA--or better. Not a bit less. Then you can apply to a top school and get accepted.
Good luck.

If that's 1.9 out of 4 you'd better change your name to Bush.
