How do I enable cookies and Java script?

I need to do this to log in to a particular site.

Here are instructions for both JavaScript and Cookies:

Enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer:

Go to Tools > Internet Options
Go to the Security tab
Click the Custom Level near the bottom
Scroll down until you see an item called "Active Scripting"
Select "Enable"
Click OK

To enable cookies in IE:

Go to the Privacy tab
Either lower the slider to "Medium" or lower

-or-

Click Advanced, check the override box and choose "Accept" for cookies.
Click OK

Click OK.

In Firefox:

Go to Tools > Options
Click Content
Check "Enable Javascript"

Click Privacy
Check "Accept Cookies from Sites"

Click OK

In Internet Explorer to enable javascript, go to Tools > Internet Options > Internet > Security > Custom Level > Scripting > Active Scripting > Enable > OK > Yes > OK.

Your cookies should be enabled in java if they are enabled within Internet explorer. If it is not go to your java and there should be a box to enable it. Just check this box.
