What really scared you as a kid and are you still scared of it? I am terrified of aliens (like in the movie Signs) and always have been - I can't even take the trash out at night because I'm scared I might see an alien near my house... if it's raining they don't come though...

Airplanes. Not being on one but having it fly directly above me when I'm driving by an airport. I always think it's gonna crash into me or on me. They just fly way too low.

Tsunamis and snakes. Used to dream about both of them (but not together, thankfully!) a lot when I was a kid. "Died" several times from tsunamis in my dreams. The snakes were usually in my bed and I would (actually) run screaming from my room.
I pretty much got over my snake fears, although I'd never choose to touch one.
Oddly enough I live on an island with no snakes, but could have a tsunami at any time! However, my house is at 900 feet--- well out of tsunami flood range. But I do love the ocean and spend lots of time at the beach!
Do you think I have a death wish?????

I was and I grow-up been scare of the dark, so scare I was that I will force my self to see n the dark with my eyes close, then it became worst because I was able to ear, foot steps, as well that someone apparently driving a Bicycle in the back yard, thoug it will feel strang because my Dog, will not make any noice, to day I 'm not any more affreid of the dark I can lieve in it.

Nostradamus prophecies. That's some killer stuff to fall into the hands of an eight-year-old. Kind of messed up the first twenty years of my life, actually... I'm over that now, it's bogus. But I'm afraid I might fall for some other nonsense like it (I'm rather on the angry side about that, coming to realize just now...)

I saw jaws at an impressional age so I cant go into the ocean or pools without lights. And I always keep my eyes open under water because of how much I fear sharks.

Snakes. When I was little my Mom would tell me how scared she was of them and i think it rubbed off on me. I find them to be very interesting creatures but they still scare me to death!

I'm not fond of snakes and them damn kamona dragons.They completely freak me out.

needles..i don't know why but i am so afraid of needles. once for my volleyball physical, my doc. told me i still had one shot left, before he finished the sentence, i was crying so hard. then when he came in with the needle, people had to hold my arm down because i was shaking so hard, i fainted......
