the repercussions have yet to be seen.. unless you count the fact that the use of antidepressants in children has soared in the past ten years, by 70 per cent ... It's a shame that it's all about what women "want" rather than what children NEED. Thanks, Feminazis.

It's historical fact that in ancient times there were many matriarchal societies (ruled by women). Then societies tipped the boat completely the other way and became very patriarchal (ruled by men). I think we're just evolving again and things are coming more into balance where both sexes are ruling together. Sounds good doesn't it?! Balance and equality are a good thing.

It's true that both parents have to work now in most families and there are alot of single parents out there, male and female. It's easy to get disgusted with the opposite sex when you've had a few bad experiences, and blame everything on 'them.' The reality is that we're all just human, we make mistakes, we get angry, we get emotional, we cry, we laugh and we heal and grow up. We have to grow up as a society too.

Well, women have to help with the household by working for a living, where as in the past it was not financially necessary. Nothing is wrong today. There may be overpopulated areas, but mankind keeps doing the same thing all the time. Procreating and dying. That's all they really do.

If all the men who are helpin' make the babies actually started to support them, women would not have to work so hard and could stay home to raise them. But until all those dead-beat Dad's start taking responsibility, it's up to us women to be both the breadwinner and caregiver to the offspring.

THAT'S what's wrong!!

Good Question. However, it is Society that has assigned women the role and characteristic to be "nurturing".
It is merely that, just an assumption. Not all women are born that way.

I think that somewhere along the line our roles have become blurred and as much as feminism has helped women with their rights men are either confused with theirs or have chosen to take a back seat.
this saddens me greatly, as though i am in a marriage i feel like a single parent all the time.

Industrialization and Capitolism has fasilitated the selfish, greedy, worry about me and my needs attitude. Nobody is willing to be a giver anymore and believe it is better to be a taker. And giving is one of a woman's natural instincts as a mother, but we have been taught that being a giver means we are weak.

Women are losing the desire to raise children. We're more interested in our personal fulfillment now. But don't worry about it. There are still plenty of women out there ready and willing to breed.

"Feminists" have screwed things up by convincing women they are "oppressed" when they stay home to care for their children and husbands. A big load of BS in my opinion.
