Sweetheart I have been diagnosed with Depression and I would say to you find an individual in your life that puts a smile upon your face.

Turn that Frown upside down and Share your Beautiful Smile with someone that tells u everyday that u are special...

That may be dreaming.. But Says Positive things WAY more than Negative and you will be all right
Because in ones Life there will be Joy and Pain.. Frankie Beverly and Maze... Music Group...(check it out).
You should not take on the Job of receiving all the pain which in turn would enhance your depression..
Take it 1 step at time time.
God loves ALL his children and he sees everything.

PS. Have you ever heard the saying when u point a finger at someone telling them what they r doing wrong. How many are pointing back at one self. (3) fingers

Enjoy life U r Only given 1 from the Heavenly Father.

I went through this for awhile. I started getting really bad anxiety when I was 16 (I am now 18). I was staying inside my house for weeks, I didn't want to be near my friends. Everyone made me feel uncomfortable, I was so sad all the time. It's nothing to be scared about unless it is consistent and takes place for more than 2 weeks. Mine was something serious and I dealt with it for a year and a half and then this past year I got on medication for my problem because I couldn't take thinking into things and getting worried and upset easily. In your case if this is something that just started you should sit back and wait for it to end, maybe you are having a bad couple days. Think about what could be making you this way: family issues, friend issues, love issues. Maybe it is something you have to deal with about yourself. Just try to work through whatever is bothering you and eventually it will go away. I promise. But for now if you need to take your mind off of it... watch a funny movie. Write down things annoying you and then burn the paper (that always helps because you get negativity out of your system and then destroy it). Or you can force yourself to see people because that way you are not letting your sadness take over your life. Good luck. I hope you feel better soon.

Some people tend to get depressed in the winter due to the lack of sunlight. Another factor could be your diet. If you eat a lot of junk food that would contribute. Eat healthy (real) food instead and choose water over soda.

Lack of exercise also adds to depression.

Another reason for your depression could be the people who are around you. If they are negative or energy vampires they could be the cause of your problem. Maybe it is time to find some new friends.

Also, you may benefit from a goal. Get involved in something where you have something to look forward to.

please dont do this. you may have to make yourself be around other people, but isolation never helps, it just makes you more depressed. try to get involved in something where you don't have to do too much talking at first, but just being with someone for a while if that helps. go visit a friend who isn't trying to fix you but is just there for you until you are ready to talk.

When I get like that it is time to find new friends! Go on a vacation with a friend and meet people...go on a cruise it is hard not to have fun on a cruise if you are single. You can find good deals if you look online that can fit almost anyones budget...Smile and think happy thoughts.

Its sortof bad...you cant really. You have to wait. Theres a point where it will get so bad that youll finally realize just how far you let it get. Thats what happened with me. Ive been trying to straighten out.
