Why does everyone think WWIII will be with Iran?

-No one in Iran likes Ahmadinejad
-The US could turn them into a parking lot in minutes
-Iran knows we have more allies than they do
-Iran will be invaded before they have nuclear weapons, if they did want to get them
-Arabs even admit that we're stronger than them, and they have admitted they are the weak force
-Saudi Arabia can ruin Iran by doing what they did today; lowering gas prices
-A WWIII scenario would be the United States, Great Britain, Canada, Italy, Germany, Spain, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Turkey, Netherlans, Portugal, Kuwait, Ethiopia, Dominican Republican, Czeck Republic, Latvia, Slovakia, Hugary, Australia, Bulgaria, and France..well maybe. These countries combined have an amount of more than 1 billion people now.

And Iran would be fighting with; Syria (320,000 people), Venezuela (100,000 people), and possibly North Korea (1.08 million people). So who do you think would win? We would outnimber them bigtime.

Well I think it has more to do with, not who is with us, but who is not. Russia, China, North Korea. Iran I don't believe is as weak as people think them too be, I have never been to Iran, but I have seen there military vids, and I think with support from Russia and China, the Allies? may be looking at a heck of a suprise. Russia, there is know telling what they are sliding in too Iran and China as well. China has made it clear they do not like American, and crave a war with us when the time is right for them. With American forces strung out every where we must look like a pretty open target. Bush is no doubt a war monger who seeks glory through using military might, but I think he is the trigger to WW III he don't know when to quit lying, and starting wars. Impeach Bush If foreign troops do somehow invade America, We can take care of ourselves to a point most Americans have more than one gun, and some have alot more than that. I think if our Government took a more friendly approach to other countries, instead of the we will invade and attack you approach, we would probably not be as hated in the world.

how will fighting Iran be differant than Iraq. Most of those countries will not join fighting We will be fighting the same people we are now be in Iran afterwards. We will have another unstable country like Iraq. Arab tv will say that the west(USA) is taking over the middle east and commiting genocide. Until iraq is stablized and running smooth we can not go into iran unless we decide to end middle east culture completely and declare war on the whole region. Our hands are tyied. All we can do is bluff and they know it. Our so called allies wont do crap either. Specialy if we are not putting our troops in the front line (they prefer to gaurd the rear flank). Iraq proves yet again that Americans are to weak stomach to fight anything real. Now the left is swearing bush is gonna invade Iran, even though Bush has publicly stated that the US is not going to invade Iran.

- China and Russia have mutual defense pacts with Iran.
- The U.S. can;t even handle Iraq
- I'd have to say unprovoked pre-emptive war with Iran would cause the loss of several allies
- Invaded with what? Our exhausted demoralized Iraq troops or drafted soldiers who will more likely revolt in the U.S. than go to Iran for no reason?
- Yet the Arabs have completely trounced us in Iraq
- OPEC actions would NOT be in our favor if we invaded Iran, period
- There will not be a WWIII scenario like that. The only people interested in invaded Iran are a super small percentage of super rich americans and their british puppets. No matter how much the younger iranians hate amadinejad, they will always hate americans more. We would have zero support form the iranian people or any middle eastern country.

- Most importantly, with China being one of the largest growing economies in the world that has exponentially increased it's consumption of petrochemical products, and its mutual defense pact with Iran, you can expect millions of chinese troops to come to the aid of Iran. On top of that, if bush moves to attack iran or support an israeli attack, you can expect full scale revolution in the united states because we have no reason to go to war and we do not have the military neccesary to achieve any sort of military goal aside from attrition.

Nobody aside from british and american leadership and israeli zionists would support an invasion or attack on iran. Nobody. With a lack of serious international support, and our already crippled military and demoralized populace, such an action would not initiate the scenario you described. It would result in cataclysmic social upheaval in the U.S., staggering military and economic crisis in the U.S., and perhaps a complete end to the american empire.

Why haven't they yet? The U.S. won't admit it, but they're having a hard time over in Iraq right now, that is why they have been there for years, when everyone thought the U.S. was going to run them over.

You are forgetting to figure Russia and possibly China into the equation for Iran. That tips the balance a little considering China has three billion people, and Russia has nuclear weapons.
