No, you are only fifteen, that is way too young to have to be pressured. Also you did not mention your religious beliefs. If this decision is based on that, stay the course. If he loves you he should be able to understand and respect your decision.

If I was older than 12...yes! Jk- geeze that's a tough one- I probably would have broke up with you after the first month. Seriously. If he's been in it for a year- what are you holding on to it for? It's not like a wine or a baseball card that becomes better and more valuable with age. In fact, it's the exact opposite- here I've made a chart...
Virginity Chart: What happens to it's value as you age
Value

As you can see it's not pretty. I hope this helps.

Hypothetically speaking, it depends what my religion is, and how faithful I am and how much I respect you. If I respected you and depending on how you answered it, I wouldn't break up with you. If a guy truly loves his girlfriend, it wouldn't bother him too much. I mean if you were married, what the hell are you waiting for?! But I'm guessing you're not.

god yes. a year? I'd be gone after the first week...
even if you're 15, what's the point of going out if you're not doing it? that's crappy. better to do it with someone you trust than to have your first time be in a Fraternity basement.

I'd be embarrassed for having asked and been turned down.
