I get really frustrated over little things like if my parents keep bugging me or even if my pencil broke or something stupid like that. THis morning before classes have started all the high school meets in the lunchroom (commons) and my friends always have a circle and we talk and i was standing on the outside and nobody would let me in. i know they would if i was more agressive. so i sat at the table and was really depressed nobody was talking to me ad i was pretty close to tears. then the bell rang so i went to my first period, french class and it got even worse cuz nohthing was going the right way. my pencil wouldn't sharpen and all of my pencil shavings from my hand held pencil sharpener dumped all into my backpack. my eyes got all watery but i didn't cry for long cuz we got a new seating chart and i was next to one of my friends. i was happy.. how can i not be so frustrated all the time?

I have the same problem. Close your eyes and sing your favorite song in your head over and over. With the circle of friends, bring up an inside joke u have w/ one your friends and hopefully they'll include you

Don't take everything so serious. Take it easy. Some days are like that, where everything seems to go wrong. You need to prepare yourself that there are days when this will happen, but look at the good side, you have the rest of your life for good days, lol. Don't worry so much, some things are out of our control and things happen. Just tell yourself it can only get better and move on.

Good luck !
