I have a little fiddler crab and he looks sick! I got him at petsmart and he looked healthy but when I put him in his new cage he seemed sick looking. its probably because they need water and when I was preparing his new home he snapped a hole in the plastic bag he was in and ran around in my room for a few minutes till my dad helped me find it. he is in a 2 and a half gallon cage with gravel, plastic plants, and shells. I also alow air and land for him too since they sometimes go to land for a bit. help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK dint panic just clam down ill pull you through this OK. First do you have your recite because if you tell them you just got it and you take them the recite they should give you another one. OK he is just like my fish i got a week ago soon as i got him i put him in the tank and he wasn't moving quickly and the next day he died it's the same thing in your situation just feed hI'm and keep an i on him im not an expert but i would call them and ask is he normal and like i said if he dies you'll have to get another one. Hope he lives! Try changing the water and see what he does. hope i helped.

-Make sure he can get to the land area
-Make sure your water is dechlorinated
-Make sure he can't escape from the tank from the land area
-Make sure he has food on his land area AND in the water
-Make sure the water is the correct temp ~70-80 degrees
