You need to try Acne Free you will see results in 4 days. Dont even try Pro Activ. Acne Free is very mild. ProActiv dries your skin out. With Pro Activ you dont see results until 4 months or longer. I have been on Acne Free for 2 years and I have no problems. I promise you willlike the reults of Acne Free. Good Luck

Sudocream nappyrash cream sounds bizarre but brilliant.
Supplements to. I take Omega 3 daily, also plenty of vitamin B, E and Magnesium daily in the morning. But be patient with time for an effect. I saw on TV recently that if its worse before periods, a high dose of Calcuim including that found in cheese, mixed with plenty of oily fish helps things.
Oatbran mixed with water helps exfoliate and clean pores.
My friend has the same and swears by products from "Lush".

Soap is good too use because it'll dry out the pimple. My friend using toothpaste and it literally dries it up and it's gone the next day.

For the pimples you have right now try toothpaste regular not the gel kind, put a dab of it on them before bed... You may want to invest in Proactiv it worked for me! All my friends and family use it too!!

i used an antibacterial soap and was always complimented on my skin, now I am complimented because I look so young- I think the years of antibacterial soap is the reason why that is the case. I still use it- 25 years later.

have you tried not using so much stuff? by you putting all this crap on your face and trying to make it go away you are irritating your skin even more! maybe try one product and just keep at it. its going to take a while, and its not permanently going to go away.
good brands:
avons clearskin line
biore
and that other one.......proactive, is pretty good.

USE ST. IVES APRICOT SCRUB for BLEMISHES and BLACKHEADS!!!! I SWEAR BY IT... Everyone I know uses it and I have never had softer skin and my face is clear. This has worked more then what the dermatologist recommended.
