Download and install the startup cleaner

You have a program that you installed, and then possibly deleted some of the files it is looking for on startup, this is not an XP file so it's some other application you installed. If you know how to navigate you can find these files under windows/startup or use the link above.

I searched for "psystray" and it doesn't look like it is spyware or any other malware. There are 2 things you can try to disable it. Using an account with administrative rights, go to Start Menu > Run > enter "msconfig" (without quotations) > [Enter] > click on "Startup" tab > uncheck any entry which contains "psystray" > [Apply] > [O.K.] > Restart.

If this should fail, using an Administrative account, go to Start Menu > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > scroll down to find an entry for "psystray" > [Remove] > Restart.

If the message tells you to re-install the application, following the instructions will remove the message.

Otherwise, you'll have to disable and remove the application that requires that .pyd file.
