Yes...Very pretty...Don't try to grow up so fast...Be a young teen as long as you can...Once you grow up, you can't go back.
Don't worry about the braces or the hair...It's not about winning beauty contests...It's about being self confident and having a good life!
Now to make this football oriented, perhaps you'll be a Dallas Cowboy's Cheerleader someday!

try wearing your hair down
wear american eagles jeans, abercrombie, etc.. shorts too
abercrombie or american eagle polo, pimpin t shirts
maybe try eating more fruit and yogurt. your not fat but your not incredibly skinny
