yup, theres two ways, one is to make everyones need bars go all the way up at the same time which is:
open up the cheat box and type BOOLPROP TESTINGCHEATSENABLED TRUE and then SHIFT CLICK the mail box and select MAKE ALL HAPPY

or the way to move their need bars up and down:
first go into the neighborhood area and open up the cheat box(ctrl+shift+c)and then type in BOOLPROP TESTINGCHEATSENABLED TRUE and then press enter, then type MOVE_OBJECTS ON and then go back in to the house and you can move their bars up and down...that includes there interests bars, skills bars, and relationship bars...but you'll have to go the relationship bars for both sims if you do that.

you can type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true into the cheat box (Ctrl + Shift + C) in the neighborhood view, enter a lot, and then Shift Click on the mailbox, click "Make All Happy" and then not only will your Sims' needs be fulfilled, everyone else on the lot (neighbors, friends) will have their needs fulfilled. The following website has a lot of other useful cheats and more detailed instructions. Have fun!

I just got the sims 2 so I haven't tried yet. Check out gamefaqs.com or cheatcc.com to find out if anyone knows about the codes.
