my best friend was standing near the window with a knife in her hand and she said if someone comes near her she will kill herself.....and now she sees ghosts and she thinks there are thing crolling on her....when they are not....she doesnt know what she is going...how can i help her.....she is lik my big sister.=[

The hospital will help her - just be there for her, don't treat her any differently and listen to her if she wants to speak

First of all It's a good thing that your friend is hospitalized. The doctors there will give her an evaluation, try her on medication and monitor her.
Has she been on medication before?
And if she was, has she been taking
her medicine? It is very important
that she take this medicine whenever
prescribed by the doctor. If they feel
the medicine they try her on is not working, they will try other meds for her that will stablize her and keep her calm.
If she is your friend, check on her when she gets out and see how shes
doing with the medicine, it can be changed at anytime it's not helping. If hse goes off again, you will have to call crisis. They'll experiemnet (which is what they do), with more drugs. There's something out there
for her.
Also, last but not least, there are mental health group meetings that she can attend. She would have to get information from her doctor. There she will be in a group with people that have the same problems
as she does. I wish you all the luck and hope she's back to her old self

The best thing that you can probably do for your friend is keep reminding her that it is not her fault that she got sick and that you still love her and are there for he when she gets out of the hospital. She will probably have to be on medication, and will not have so many problems like this. Just tell her that you will always love her.

1) make sure she receives the proper medical attention
2) try to understand her condition and offer emotional support to her family especially her mom.
3) Hope for her the best ... and if you are a believer pray for her :)

it sounds like she needs to go to a special therapy. Something like that sounds like a very deadly situation. She really needs help before she hurts someone or herself please have her seek mental help and therapy

Find her some better drugs. She is getting cheap, street crap. Find a more reptable dealer that doesn't cut his crack with mice poison.
