first cell with in any mammal is created when a female egg and male sperm meet and creat a zygote. The Miosis happens which is the division of cells (which is also the point in time when we have stem cells) then these cells (based on the genetic code given to them form the mother and father. That is how a new being is created, that is where the first cell comes from in the creating of a mammal.

Cells are made by other living cells dividing. This is part of the cell theory.
