If a president of the US or Vice President is impeached and convicted than he/she would be out of office.
They could be tried in a civilian court, as Nixon might have been if he was'nt pardoned by Gerald Ford.
I dont think we would not let a former VP pr Presdient be extradited, unless they were tried and found guilty here first. Victims would do better to file a civil case against them asking for damages. They might actuall win that.

No. First they are removed from the post and then tried. If convicted by a court of law, they are punished as was in the case of Ex-President Saddam Hussain.

The president cannot be removed from office, then tried. Certainly not like Saddam. The constitution outlines this.
