How? By keeping the natives under military occupation for 40 years? That's not democracy - so no, I'm not.

Actually no, I am quite ashamed that Israel is the one demonstrating the way a democracy should work, by keeping its own politicians in check, while we have had only nominal success in the same endeavor.

If anything it is we that should be setting the gold standard for other democracies to follow. We, after all, are a much older Democracy than Israel, which is only about 60 years old. Its sad that we have not lived up to the lofty ideals of our founding fathers, and yet fledgling democracies like Israel have.

What democracy in Israel? Israel is an Ali Papa democracy. Israel is the only republic on the face of your plant that dose not have a constitution.
Israel receive more than 20 billions $ each year from American taxpayers without their consent: 3.7B$ from the Congress Foreign Aid Program, 10B$ Free Loans Guarantee, and 6 to 10 B$ from USA Tax System Loophole as Charity money deducted from American JEWS Taxs to be sent to Israeli Settlements.

What an open statement! Did they finish the Constitution they were re writing?

Israel is a parliamentary democracy, not a true democracy.

The US is a Representative Republic and is not a democracy! If we were George Bush would have never been president!

Actually, yes. Little Israel has shown the ability to be an inclusive, free, and open society, even with the perpetual threat of war.
