Which has better plans, phones and coverage for the price?

Cingular has the better reliability where as t-mobile has better plans ur choice

I would say for you to go into each of the 2 stores and look at coverage maps and plans, ask questions about coverage and feature that are important to you. Then compare the two and see what one would work for you.
In my area Cingular has way better coverage then T-Mobile does. But for other people t-mobile may have better coverage than Cingular.

I use Cingular. T-Mobile is not offered where I live, but I have used Cingular for about 10 years now, and have no problems with them.

Its kind of a toss up between tmobile and cingular. The good thing with tmobile is they have unlimited text messaging and cingular does not offer that. But the rollover minutes are good to have and the phones are all nice.
