Meh, i'd be fine. Life is short, so if i lived with those conditions i'd entertain myself with thoughts of death. Maybe try and ram my head into the wall for fun...
The worst situation would be: Paralized from the neck down, with no limbs, no sensation when touched, deaf, dumb, blind, no penis or rectum, and retarded.

My belief is that it is not the type or amount of physical disability one might have that causes intense feelings of loneliness. Blindness, deafness, etc. are not precursors for despair and lonely feelings, but rather it is depression that brings social withdrawal and anhedonia in as symptoms.
