what are some good colleges around the world that focus on technology?

i want to be a computer software engineer but also, do some web/digital design, and some programming (which i think fall in with the engineering part?) so, i am looking for some good colleges that are based around computers and technology. so, i can keep my gpa going good and work towards that college.
