I CHECKED THE FUSES AND THEY ARE NOT BLOWN, HAZARD WORKS BUT WHEN I PUT MY TURN SIGNAL THE LIGHT COMES ON BUT DOES NOT FLASH.

The flashers probably bad. They have two, one for turn signals and one for hazards.

change the turn signal bulbs...

EDIT: as a varied oppinion between the bulbs and the flasher arises, I would say try the bulbs first, they should only be 7.50 max, where as the flasher is usually 15 or so and is a little harder to replace (you need a steering wheel puller). Also, you can never have enough bulbs.

replace the blinker.
MOre then likely its behind the guage cluster, if its no there, then its under the drivers dash, and if its not there, its behind the glove box. You can pick them up for about $5 bucks at autozone.

the turn signal one plugs promptly in to the fuse panel on that one,it would want to properly be a round silver searching ingredient,if its no longer their seem promptly below the guidance column ,it would want to be fastened on a bracket on the bottom of it,or close to it,sturdy success.
