Every time I mix my son's formula, it gets a lot of air bubbles that are nearly impossible to get rid of, even if I let the bottle sit for a few minutes. I've also tried putting his gas drops in with it, but it doesn't make that big of a difference. Any suggestions?

I mixed the formula the day before and put it in the fridge for 24 hours and almost all of the bubbles were gone. If you need it right away, you can scoop the bubbles off the top with a spoon. Or stick your (clean!) finger in it and gently stir...that works on beer too, by the way.

Wow we usually use the gas drops and it works (when we are out and about) The only thing I can suggest that helped us, is pre-mix his formula. I make 28oz of formula at a time that way it has time to disipate in the fridge. Calculate how many oz's he's eating in one day and pre-mix that amount. That way your only making it once a day and all you have to do is warm it. This is what I do and I find it a lot easier. Hope this helps!

I used Playtex nursers when bubbles got in the bottle from mixing I would squeeze the formula to top then flick the nipple with my fingers that would make the bubbles pop.

your always going to get bubbles your best bet is to go with a brand of bottle that helps them escape. Such as Avent bottles. they are the best that i have found.
