I've been getting this sort of dicharge lately. Its white and kind of gooey.
I can feel mysel stichy or like something wet down there and then I see that it that. I notice when I use the bathroom
I heard that you get discharge before your period. Is that whats happening?
Also I'm just getting over a topical yeast infection and am still taking the medicine for it.

It is probably a mixture of both before your period and after the infection. As long as it doesnt smell bad....like...really bad, not vagina bad, you'll be fine, i promise! It's definitely normal to happen at any time! I went through the same thing!

If it is a yeast infection, how can she get tested or whatever, and how did she get it? Is yogurt the only thing that she can take or do?

I would say that it is still the yeast infection. Finish with the medicine. If it doesnt go away after that go see your doctor.

If the discharge is clear then it's normal ...You should be starting your period..But it it's white and chunky kinda like cotted cheese then you have something to worry about ...See your Dr.
