I have a feeling that people are living longer so I'm going with the older people segment of America.

Children, for every adult, there is 1.2 children in America. That means that the number of children increases faster than the number of old people who happen to be dieing.

I think the old people. The baby boomers are aging. People stopped having so many kids now.
