you need to use itunes. the ipod came with it, or you can download it from apple.com for free as well.

Unfortuneately, u cant do that. You need iTunes. It should ahve came with the iPod. IF it didn't go back to the store and ask for it or tell them it didn't come with it , or else you wont be able to put songs in it.

You have to use itunes. From there, using your windows media player, you have options to import and convert any mp3 into itunes and send it to your ipod!!
