I have been saving for a 4 gb iPod nano. I have gotten all the money and a little bit extra. I looked up the 30 gb 5th generation iPod and i like it too! I have enough money to get it, because it is only 40 dollars more. I am not sure if i should because ill probably use maybe 800 of the 7500 songs and 5 of the 40 video hours. Plus the video is a lot bigger. what should I do??????????????????????????????

Thanks!!!

I was in the exact same situation! I finny bought the 30gb black video and im so much happer that I got that than a little nano. Ive seen and played with both and the video hold's alot more which i need-i mean alot. Plus after messing with my video and then playing with an pink nano for 2 days, i couldnt do it. It's really small, which is good but I thought it was too small! Here are them to compared:

Ipod video can play movies, tv shows, download games, hold more songs pictures, and view pictures in much larger screen. Were the Nano cannot.

But the nano: Looks better, and you have choices on what color, smaller, and can be shakin around becuase it doesnt have an hard drive, and not scratch as easy.

I guess it all depends on what your going to use it for. I reccomend the video anyway becuase its a few bucks extra and you get 8times as much storage. But if all you have is a few songs, and not gonna be doing anything but using it for music and viewing of pictures[which you can barly see] and tend to work out and allways on the go, pick the nano.

Go with the video...It's worth the little extra. I have the nano and am planning to upgrade, wish I would have spent a little extra to begin with

get the video because as time goes by you will be adding more and more songs and videos. its better having too much space than too little space.

it depends on what you hope to do with it...if want it to go with you EVERYWHERE you go then get a nano (can fit better in a pocket or something) but if you want it sometimes get a video....
