I'd open up a Chinese buffett. I love those things. I would also open a velodrome so I could ride my bike all day there. I think I would make a ton of money on those two gigs.
I would also buy a ton of CHL stock. China is gangbusters right now and no sign of slowing down. Olympics in 2008 gonna send stocks there to all-time highs. Also has a 4% divvy.

Personally, I'd max out my Roth and 401k. Then I'd use 5% of the rest to go on a trip. The balance I'd invest in DVY and let it sit.
