When someone wins a real world/road rules challenge can they compete in the future challenges??

The season finale already aired on MTV's "sneak peak"...they show you the episode of a show scheduled to air that night at 4:30 right after TRL...the girl that won i really like and want to see her in future challenges...can she compete in them or does she have to stop because she won?
