It's too much. All companies should do what best buy did where they let their employees work from home instead of sitting in an office (their employees worked whenever they wanted too). Best Buy says that their employees work longer and harder than they did when they were in the office.

Thats why I prefer to sit at my desk. Its easier to write on it that way. :-D
