It wouldn't be so bad if after the first time of saying NO THANKS, I'm not interested. they would stop calling ,,,,but I get the same ones 5-10 X's a day everyday. I just do not answer anymore , just pick it up and hang it back up. I know someone has to do it , but take a hint when we say NO because it means NO!

I am a telemarketer making cold calls right now as we speak. Whats the big deal so you get a few calls deal with it it's not the end of the world or anything. I am NOT dumb it IS a real job, and I have mouths to feed. SO GET OVER IT!! I'm sure you can find better things to complain about, or maybe you just wine about EVERYTHING!
By the way I cold call businesses so I'm not calling stupid BROKE phucks at home, now THAT is a waste of time. I made a cold call yesterday booked a $308,000 equipment finance deal with $7,000 profit, of which I will get paid 10% ($700.00) so umm that's more than you make in a month, and that was just ONCE CALL so telemarketers will ALWAYS be around because the money is DECENT!

Because were all too cool for Bill Gates... although he did make this computer.. hmm. Maybe telemarketers are insucure about the # of friends they have do they call random #'s trying to meet new ppl.

there is a web site you can go to and sign up to have your name removed for the telemarketers list, i have used this for about two years and it really helps a lot.

but i also like when they call cause i say im whoever there asking for and get them to tell me everything then i say well there not here right now so try calling later and hang up they are very fun to mess with

They should. They call for useless things like long distance service. I found out how to block all telomarketers. Go to your porovider.

they are under some form of irrational belief that people actually cannot find things to buy, that they have to be told what to buy. This, of course is insulting and when they realize it maybe they will stop pestering people.

You may not agree with me, but telemarketers have to make money just like anyone else in this world , no matter how annoying it is.
