Lodon schools?

I'm writng a fanfiction, about Hogwarts. The story doesnt take place at hogwarts but it includes a student that attends. I know that Hogwarts starts on September 1st, I also know that it's based on a normal London school year, but I dont know when a normal London private school lets out for the summer? When does Hogwarts school year end?

Early July -- about three weeks before state schools. By the way, it's referred to as "breaking up".
